Guy Fronstin has spent his entire legal career focusing exclusively on litigation, and he has handled some of the country's most high-profile cases. Guy is considered a top litigator and strategist while also having a passion for entrepreneurship. More than a decade ago, Guy met VIVIFY Technology Founder and entrepreneur Jason Herring, and they've been discussing business ever since. In 2025, Guy joined VIVIFY Technology's Board of Directors and agreed to serve as Chief Legal Officer in a role custom-designed for him to act as a "liaison" between VIVIFY Technology and its outside counsel: attorneys who specialize in business and corporate law.
